Please do not discard the item – you will receive a label to send the product back. The cost of shipping is your responsibility. A refund will be issued once the item is received and is in the original packaging.

Lost Packages

If you package shows as being delivered and is lost, please reach out to your local post office as they can tell you where the package was scanned. If you believe it was stolen, please file a police report with your local agency. GeoBlends is not responsible for a package once it is marked as delivered through the tracking number. If the package has not been delivered, please start a missing package report through the USPS website. Reach out to us with any questions – we are happy to assist as best as we can.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@geoblends dot com with your order number in the subject field. Please also include a photo showing the item in the original shipping box.
