GeoBlends Wholesale Terms & Conditions


Effective for all approved wholesale accounts

1. Pricing Policy

GeoBlends products must be advertised at or above our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). This applies to all advertised pricing — website listings, social media, email promotions, and print materials.

  • No site-wide sales, coupon codes, or bundle discounts on GeoBlends products without prior written approval
  • No advertising GeoBlends products below wholesale cost
  • MAP violations may result in loss of wholesale account status

2. Approved Sales Channels

Wholesale accounts may sell GeoBlends products through:

  • Your own website
  • Your physical retail location(s)
  • In-person events (markets, pop-ups, shows)

Wholesale accounts may not sell GeoBlends products on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, or any other third-party marketplace without prior written approval.

3. Order Requirements

  • Minimum opening order: 6 units per SKU
  • Minimum reorder: 6 units per SKU
  • Accounts inactive for 12+ months revert to standard retail pricing
  • Payment terms: Due at time of order (prepaid)

4. Product & Branding Standards

  • Do not alter product labels, packaging, or formulation
  • Do not repackage or private-label GeoBlends products
  • Use only approved marketing images and copy, or submit custom creative for approval before publishing
  • Do not make health claims beyond what appears on the approved product label

5. Reselling

Wholesale accounts may not resell GeoBlends products to other retailers or wholesale accounts. All wholesale purchases are for direct resale to end consumers only.

6. Account Termination

GeoBlends reserves the right to revoke wholesale status, without notice, for:

  • Violation of MAP pricing policy
  • Sales through unauthorized channels
  • Reselling to other retailers or wholesale accounts
  • Non-payment
  • Unauthorized product or health claims

7. Agreement

By submitting a wholesale application, you agree to the terms outlined above. Any exceptions to these terms must be confirmed in writing by GeoBlends.
