who is this for
Support for your monthly routine
Oh No Flo is a soothing topical oil for anyone who wants extra comfort during their cycle — without relying on pills or staying tethered to a heating pad.
why this formula works
Made to be used — not just looked at
Oh No Flo is made with herbs traditionally used to support comfort during the menstrual cycle. Each herb is slowly infused into sunflower oil — creating a gentle, fast-absorbing oil that is easy to apply as part of your monthly routine.
I chose an oil specifically because it allows me to keep the formula stronger than if those same herbs were blended into a balm or cream. It may be slightly oily on first application, but it absorbs fairly quickly.

the story behind oh no flo
Made because someone I loved was losing entire days
I made Oh No Flo because some of the women in my life were losing entire days to menstrual cramps. My sister-in-law, her sister, and a few of my nieces all experienced really painful cramping.
I had never personally felt a menstrual cramp, so I did not fully understand how debilitating it could be — until I saw what they were missing out on. My sister-in-law would sometimes lose a day or two of normal life. She told me she would take something, feel like she had a little relief, and then the cramps would come right back. It was frustrating, exhausting, and miserable.
I wanted to make something topical — something that could be reached for when discomfort starts, applied to the lower abdomen or lower back, so they could hopefully get back to their day.
I chose an oil because it let me keep the formula stronger than if those same herbs were blended into a balm or cream. It may be a little messier, but it absorbs fairly quickly.
The name came from something my roommates used to say: "Oh no, Aunt Flo is coming." That phrase always stuck with me — and when I created this oil, Oh No Flo felt like the perfect name.
This product was made for people who want their days back — who want to feel like themselves and keep going.
