At GeoBlends, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, please email customercare@geoblends.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number in the subject line.

You may open and test the product to see if it works for you — we just ask that you use only enough to evaluate it. Please do not discard the item.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the correct return address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You may use any trackable shipping method of your choice. GeoBlends does not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A refund will be processed once the returned item is received in its original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Actual posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office to confirm where it was scanned. If you believe it may have been stolen, you may be asked to file a report with your local authorities.

Packages that tracking shows as delivered are considered completed by the carrier. GeoBlends is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received; however, we’ll do our best to assist you with a USPS claim or suggested next steps. Any replacement or reshipment in these situations is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is at GeoBlends’ discretion.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email customercare@geoblends.com with your order number in the subject line and a clear photo of the product inside the original shipping box. After review, we will provide next steps and, if approved, ship a replacement for the same item.
