At GeoBlends, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, please email customercare@geoblends.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number in the subject line.
You may open and test the product to see if it works for you — we just ask that you use only enough to evaluate it. Please do not discard the item. You’ll receive return instructions and a return label once your request is approved. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
A refund will be processed once the returned item is received in its original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
Lost Packages
If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office to confirm where it was scanned. If you believe it may have been stolen, you may be asked to file a report with your local authorities. Although GeoBlends is not responsible for packages marked as delivered, we’ll do our best to assist you with a USPS claim or next steps.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email customercare@geoblends.com with your order number in the subject line and a clear photo of the product inside the original shipping box.
