Shipping policy

GeoBlends ships orders via USPS, Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days of purchase. At this time, GeoBlends ships to addresses within the United States only.

Please take a moment to review your shipping address before completing your order. GeoBlends is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order to discuss reshipment options and any additional postage costs that may apply.

Once an order has been handed over to USPS, delivery timelines and any transit delays are determined by the carrier and are outside of GeoBlends’ control. GeoBlends is not responsible for delays caused by USPS service interruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. GeoBlends is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS that are lost, stolen, or otherwise unrecoverable at the delivery location. Any replacement or reshipment requests in these situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued at GeoBlends’ discretion.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for postage on returns unless a return is due to our error or a defective or damaged item.
